C.
MICHAEL BRADSHAW was born in Birmingham, Alabama on Sunday afternoon
March 11, 1945. He grew up in Mobile. Mr. Bradshaw served honorably
as a United States Army officer during the Vietnam War where he,
among other things, piloted helicopters. Later in his active duty
military career, he served as a combat tank platoon leader and a
Brigade staff logistics officer with the 1st Armored Division in
Germany.
Upon
his honorable discharge as a Captain from the U.S. Army, Mr. Bradshaw
served as a United States Capitol police officer for seven years.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a Masters of Art
in Special Studies (Criminal Justice) from The George Washington
University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Potomac School of Law.

Michael Bradshaw graduated second in his law school class and during
law school was appointed by the law school faculty to serve as a
student judge in mock trial competitions. As a college athlete (baseball
pitcher), he was a member of the first baseball team at the University
of South Alabama in Mobile.
In
1966, his musical group (The Whispers) performed on
nationwide television during America's Junior Miss Pageant and before
a live audience of over fifteen thousand people.
